1. Definitions & Interpretation

The words and terms used in these Terms have the following meanings:

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. Allowing others to use your account is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify the jf99 support team immediately.

3. Financial Transactions & Payments

3.1 Deposit Rules

For deposits on jf99, we accept bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfers. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100. Deposits are generally processed instantly.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours after verification. Withdrawals will be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

3.3 Transaction Verification

jf99 may request identity verification documents before processing any transaction. This is for fraud prevention and user protection. Failure to provide the required documents in time may delay the transaction.

3.4 Currency

All transactions on jf99 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). For transactions in foreign currencies, the user will bear the conversion costs.

4. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement applies to bonuses. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only. For example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must wager a total of ৳25,000 before withdrawing bonus winnings.

4.3 Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are applicable once only and are non-transferable.
• Bonuses cannot be converted to cash until the wagering requirement is met.
• Taking bonuses through multiple accounts or misuse of affiliate links is prohibited.
• jf99 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
• Account verification must be completed before withdrawing from a bonus balance.

5. Gaming Rules & Fair Play

6.2 Closure by User

You may close your account at any time by notifying our support team. Please withdraw any eligible balance before closing your account. Any remaining bonus on a closed account will be considered void.
